Clitoris is usually said kuritorisu in Japanese. Its old word is inkaku. And a chestnut and a squirrel is also kuri to risu in Japanese. So some funny people say like 🌰🐿️ as a dirty joke. As foreigners don’t use this word so much, we hardly use it either.
